Working Principle of Toggle Jaw Crusher
When the stone jaw crusher is working, the movable jaw plate periodically reciprocates against the fixed jaw plate, sometimes approaching and sometimes leaving. When approaching, the material is crushed by squeezing, splitting, and impact between the two jaw plates. When leaving, the crushed material is discharged from the discharge port by gravity.
Inspection Work of Toggle Jaw Crusher
1.First check the surface flatness of the jaw crusher machine to see if there is any unevenness. If there is, inform the technical staff to carry out the modification.
2.Any unqualified parts should be replaced in time.
3.Before starting the machine, check whether the equipment is installed well. During the operation of the empty machine, check the sealing, jamming, friction, collision, and other problems of the jaw crusher equipment.
4.During the trial run, check if the cylinder shakes obviously and if there is too much noiseto make sure that the cylinder shake does not exceed 0.5mm and the noise is controlled within 85db.
