4. Improper movement of the rollers
When the operator changed the crushing ratio and moved the roller, the roller was skewed, resulting in uneven wear of the roller skin.
Solution: Move the rollers in parallel to avoid the rollers from skewing.
5. Improper roller surface shape and size
The surface of the roller skin is not smooth and smooth, its specifications and dimensions do not meet the requirements, or the operator uses the equipment improperly, which will cause the roller skin to wear.
