The marble grinding production line for a customer in Kazakhstan was put into production in March 2017. It is mainly used to process marble with a raw material size within 30mm, and the finished product has a fineness of 200-300 mesh. The finished product is used in industrial materials and building materials. After visiting the general production site and negotiating in detail, the customer selected a complete 2 sets of 1620 new Raymond mills, stone crushers, elevators, storage bins, feeders, electric control cabinets and other complete sets of equipment.
The technological process mainly includes: the bulk materials are broken into small pieces by the stone crusher, and then lifted to the small silo by the elevator, and evenly fed into the Raymond mill by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder. Grind to about 250 mesh by a pulverizer. The qualified materials are blown to the classifier above the mill by the fan, and sent to the powder collector. It is lifted into the boiling furnace by the elevator, and after calcination, it is lifted by the elevator to the finished material warehouse, equipped with balers and tankers, and transported to the destination.
