1. Vibration and noise in the gearbox

2. Gears are severely pitted and peeled off
Causes: The bearing clearance is too large and the bearings are worn seriously; the gear material of the powder separator or the heat treatment is poor; the machine is often under load when used with overload.
Solution: Repair or replace new bearings; select high-quality gears and improve heat treatment; ensure that the machine is in normal working condition and control the load.
3. The gearbox generates heat or "smoke"
Causes: insufficient lubricating oil in the gearbox; poor lubricating oil quality; overloaded use; failure of the transmission body itself.
Solution: add enough, high-quality lubricating oil; control the load or improve the transmission design; according to the specific analysis of "oil-burning", "gluing", "thermoplastic deformation" and other specific analysis and treatment.
4. The gears of the powder separator are severely worn
Causes: The sealing measures are not done well; the oil is of poor quality and there are impurities in it; the gear material is poor.
Solution: strengthen sealing prevention; clean or update high-quality oil; use wear-resistant materials for parts such as gears.
5. The blade of the powder separator is broken or dropped, and the body swings
Causes: Poor quality and inconsistent weight of the separator blades; loose blade fixing bolts; improper installation, resulting in upward or downward deflection.
Solution: Replace the blades, weigh and install them evenly; check the bolts and tighten the bolts with washers; adjust the installation position.
6. The two shafts of the fan and the motor are not concentric
Cause: The impeller is unbalanced. The inlet and outlet dampers of the fan are not in the correct position. The rigidity of the foundation is not strong enough. The anchor bolts are loose. Fouling on the fan impeller.
Solution: align the two shafts to be concentric. Correct the balance. Adjust the position of the air door. Strengthen the foundation and increase rigidity. Check the tightening bolts. After shutdown, open the access door to clean the dust.
