1. Feed evenly

2. The feeding height should not be too high

If the feed height is too large, the stone will easily "rush" into the crushing cavity at high speed, which will cause excessive pressure or tension on the crushed parts, resulting in additional maintenance costs and low output.

3. The drop point of the feed is aligned with the center point of the feed inlet

The vertical baffle is used to guide the material drop point at the center of the cone crusher inlet. Once the drop point is eccentric, one side of the crushing cavity is full of material and the other side has no or little material, which will cause lower crusher throughput, increased needle-like products, and large product particle size.

4. Keep the parameters of the tight side discharge opening unchanged

To stabilize the output, quality, and production line load of sand and gravel products, the first thing to ensure is that the parameters of the conical crusher's tight-side discharge outlet are unchanged, otherwise, it will easily cause the product size to increase unexpectedly, which will affect the entire production line system and final output.
