6. The wet pan mill is used to process minerals. The hardness of minerals is very high, so it's normal for internal wear. However, if the parts are not replaced in time under the condition of severe wear, it will cause serious losses. Therefore, when the wet mill is working, if there is abnormal noise or abnormal bearing speed, it is necessary to stop the operation immediately and carry out the next step of work after eliminating the problem. 7. The main component of the wet pan mill, the support frame, is easy to wear. Because the structure of the wet pan mill is open, inorganic particles and dust from refractory materials or surrounding environment are easy to adhere to the joint surface of the square iron and support frame slide, which will inevitably lead to rapid wear of the joint surface. It is convenient to replace the square iron after being worn out. But if the support frame is replaced with a new one, not only the workload is heavy, the construction period is long, but also the cost is high.
