Ball mill equipment is one of the most common grinding equipment in mining industry. As one of the high fineness powder machines, the ball grinding mill has a high working intensity and high probability of wear in each operation. The wear of ball mill machine directly determines its working efficiency, so it is very important to do a good job in the daily maintenance of ore ball mill.
1. After the ball mill is used for the first time and runs continuously for one month, the lubricating oil must be replaced once. All lubricating oil should be removed and the industrial ball mill should be cleaned thoroughly before replacing the new lubricating oil. In the later use of the ball mill, the lubricating oil should be replaced every six months.
2. During the use of the stone ball mill, the lubrication condition of each lubricating point should be monitored regularly, including the lubrication state and oil level, etc., at least once every four hours.
3. When the energy saving ball mill is in operation, the temperature of lubricating oil of main bearing, transmission shaft and reducer shall be kept below 55 ℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃. Otherwise, the operation of high quality ball mill should be stopped and carry out a detailed inspection for instruball mill.
4. During the operation of mineral grinding ball mill, it is necessary to keep stable, without strong vibration, abnormal noise, and abnormal current fluctuations. If the above problems are found, the good horizontal ball mill needs to be inspected and adjusted in time.
5. The daily maintenance of overflow ball mill should determine the use status of fasteners, whether the fasteners are loose and worn, and check whether there is oil leakage, water leakage and ore leakage on the joint surface.
6. The wear of the grinding media used in the steel iron ball mill should be timely monitored and replaced as soon as possible when the wear is serious.
7. In case of any abnormality during the operation of high efficiency ball mill, it should be stopped for maintenance immediately.
