Raymond grinding mill is mainly composed of host, analyzer, fan, finished cyclone separator, micro powder cyclone separator and air duct. The main machine is composed of frame, air inlet volute, blade, grinding roller, grinding ring and cover.
The electromagnetic vibration feeder sends the materials into the grinding chamber evenly and continuously for grinding. The grinding roller device hanging on the plum blossom frame of swings outward and presses the grinding ring tightly due to the centrifugal force during rotation, so that the scraper scoops up the material and sends it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, so as to achieve the purpose of crushing the material due to the rolling and rolling of the grinding roller.
The materials after milled are sent into the analyzer by the air flow of the fan for classification. Under the action of the impeller of the analyzer, the materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the grinding chamber for re-grinding. The materials that meet the fineness requirements flow through the pipeline into the cyclone powder collector for separation and collection, an discharged through the discharge device. The separated air flow enters the fan through the return air duct at the upper end of the cyclone powder collector.
