Working Principle of Rock Impact Crusher

When the rock impact crusher works, the stone directly falls into the high-speed rotating turntable from the upper part of the machine. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides with the flying stones around the turntable in an umbrella way, resulting in a high-speed collision and high-density crushing. After hitting each other, the stones will form eddy current movement between the turntable and the shell, resulting in multiple strikes and crushing.

Features of Rock Impact Crusher

1.When the moisture content of the material is too high, the feeding chute and impact plate of the rock impact crusher can be equipped with a heating device to prevent the material from sticking.

2.The plate hammer of the impact crusher is firmly fixed on the rotor with a mechanical clamping structure and has a large moment of inertia when rotating with the rotor. Compared with the hammer crusher (the hammerhead is suspended), the rotor of the impact crusher has greater momentum and has lower energy consumption.

3.The discharge particle size of impact crusher can be adjusted in many ways, such as adjusting the rotor speed, adjusting the gap between the impact plate and grinding cavity, etc. The gap adjustment can be done mechanically or hydraulically and can be adjusted easily by the local operation button or control system on the spot.
