Working Principle of Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher

The material directly enters into the high-speed rotating impeller of vertical shaft impact crusher plant and collides with another part of the material round the impeller in the form of the umbrella under the action of centrifugal force. So that the material forms vortex in the impeller and the casing and form a closed-circuit crushing cycle by repeatedly colliding, rubbing, and grinding with each other. Finally, the material can reach the required particle size through screening control of vertical shaft impact crusher plant.
