Working Principle of Circular Motion Vibrating Screens
The motor makes the eccentric block of the exciter rotate at a high speed through the V-belt. The running eccentric block produces a large centrifugal force, which stimulates the screen box to produce a circular motion with certain amplitude. The materials on the circular motion vibrating screensreceive the impulse from the screen box on the inclined screen surface and produce continuous throwing motion. When the material meets the screen surface, the particles smaller than the screen hole are passed through the screen to achieve classification.
Use and Maintenanceof Circular Motion Vibrating Screens
The circular motion vibrating screens should be started when there is no material on the screen surface, try to avoid starting with the material, and feed the material after the screen machine runs smoothly. Feeding should be stopped before shutting down, and shut down after the screen surface material is removed. During the working process, the operation of the screen machine should be observed frequently. If abnormal movement or abnormal sound is found, the machine should be stopped for inspection in time to find out the causes and eliminate the fault.
