Working Principle of Roller Crusher

The crushed materials fall between the two rollers through the feeding port and are crushed by extrusion, and the finished materials fall down naturally. In case of too hard or uncrushed materials, the roller can automatically retreat by the action of hydraulic cylinder or spring, so as to increase the gap between rollers and drop the hard or uncrushed materials, so as to protect the roller crusher from damage. There is a certain gap between the two rollers that rotate in opposite directions. By changing the gap, the product discharge granularity can be controlled.
