1.Iron removal in ore feeding should be strengthened. on-crushed objects (drill bits, etc.) falling into the pair of rollers will damage the crusher and cause a shutdown accident. Therefore, an iron removal device should be installed in front of the crusher.

2.Viscous materials are easy to block the crushing space. When dealing with blockage faults, stop the double roller rock crusher and deal with it, and do not poke the ore during operation.

3.When the processed material contains a lot of large pieces, be aware that large pieces of ore are easy to squeeze out from the crushing space to prevent injuries or damage to people and equipment.

4.After the double roller rock crusher has been running for a long time, due to the large wear of the roller surface, the product particle size will be too fine. At this time, it is necessary to adjust the ore discharge port or overhaul the equipment.

5. Strengthen the inspection of the double roller rock crusher, add oil to the lubrication parts of the equipment on time to keep the equipment in a good lubrication state.
