The two roller crusher adopts mature crushing technology and simple structure design. The crushing machine mainly uses extrusion to crush materials with uniform particle size, no dust pollution on-site, excellent operation performance, small floor area, convenient crushing adjustment, and reliable operation. It is suitable for fine crushing operation with feed particle size less than 80mm and finished product particle size range of 50 μ m-20mm.

1.The grinding roll of two roller crusher is equipped with a replaceable wear-resistant lining plate. The wear-resistant lining plate is made of domestic advanced wear-resistant materials, which has the advantages of long service life, not easy to damage, and convenient maintenance. Continuous service life can reach more than one year. When the wear is serious, the cover can be replaced by moving it. The maintenance is small and the cost is low, which is unmatched by other types of crushers.

2.The roll crusher is equipped with a safety protection device. When the unexpected metal iron pieces enter the crushing cavity, the protection device will act and the iron pieces will leak out so the equipment operates normally.

3.The roll gap of the abrasive roll body of the counter roller crusher can be adjusted between 1 mm and 20 mm. After adjusting the roll gap according to the requirements of crushing particle size, the crushing particle size can be reliably controlled, and all the particles are discharged from the bottom of the crushing cavity with the ideal particle size.
