Introduction of Wet Rod Mill

The Nile Machinery brand rod mill has two types: dry type and wet type. Users can choose according to their actual production situation. Adopting advanced controllable feeding and discharging technology, combining with the actual grinding raw materials and a suitable grinding medium, and changing the traditional surface contact to line contact, so that the discharging particle size is more uniform and the output is higher. The rod mill generally adopts wet overflow type, wet rod mill, which can be used as the first level open circuit grinding and is widely used in the first level grinding of the mineral processing plant, artificial sand, mineral processing plant, chemical plant, and electric power department.

Working Flow of Wet Rod Mill

The wet rod mill is decelerated and driven by a motor through the reducer and surrounding large gears to drive the cylinder to rotate. An appropriate amount of steel rods are installed in the cylinder. Under the action of centrifugal force and friction force, the grinding rods are lifted to a certain height and then thrown down. The material continuously enters the inside of the cylinder from the feeding port and be crushed by the moving grinding rods, then discharged from the rod mill through the force of overflow and continuous feeding for the next process.
