Working Process of Raymond Mill Grinder Machine
After material grinding, the fan blows the air into the main engine shell, blows up the powder, and then it is sorted by the analyzer located above the grinding chamber. The fine and coarse materials fall into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The fineness meets the specification and flows into the cyclone collector with the air flow. After collecting, it is discharged through the powder outlet, which is the finished product. The air flow is returned to the fan by the return air pipe at the upper end of the cyclone collector. The wind path is circulating and flows under negative pressure. The air volume increase part of the circulating air path is discharged through the exhaust gas pipe between the fan and the main engine, and enters into the small cyclone collector for purification treatment.
