Introduction of High Efficiency Raymond Mill

High-efficiency Raymond mill, also know as raymond machine, raymond mill, high pressure roller mill, is a widely used grinding equipment. Because of its stable performance, strong adaptability and high cost performance, high-efficiency raymond mill has been widely used in the processing of non-metallic minerals since it was introduced into China for more than 20 years. However, with the extensive development of non-metallic minerals in the field of ultrafine powder applications, downstream companies have increasingly higher requirements for non-metallic mineral products.

Daily Maintenance of High Efficiency Raymond Mill

1.When the Raymond mill has not been installed at the operating site, it should be kept properly. The exposed surface must be coated with anti-rust grease and protected from sunlight and rain to prevent the body from rusting and water. A maintenance system must be established.

2.The workshop and foundation shall have sufficient height and installation position according to the installation drawing of high-efficiency Raymond mill. The foundation of high-efficiency Raymond mill shall be made of high-grade cement and embedded with reinforcement before the foundation can be poured, and the conduit or cable trench shall be embedded. After the cement foundation is poured, there must be a maintenance period of 15 days.

3.High-efficiency Raymond mill should be equipped with 2 to 3 tons of lifting tools for the installation and maintenance of the whole equipment.

4.After high-efficiency Raymond mill is used for more than 6 months from the factory, the central shaft system, transmission device, grinding roller device, analysis oil pool of the main engine shall be cleaned and inspected. After the cleaning and inspection, sufficient lubricating oil shall be added to all parts of high-efficiency Raymond mill.
