Introduction of Powder Milling Equipment
Powder milling equipment can be used to grind all kinds of nonflammable and explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9 and humidity below 6%. The fineness of the finished product can be adjusted arbitrarily between 30 mesh and 400 mesh. The whole air flow system of powder milling equipment is closed circulation with circulating flow under positive and negative pressure.
Working Principle of Powder Milling Equipment
After being crushed by the jaw crusher, the material is sent to the storage bin by the bucket elevator. The material is uniformly, quantitatively, and continuously sent to the grinding chamber of powder milling equipment through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder for grinding. The ground powder is blown to the separator for sorting under the action of a blower, and the unqualified powder after sorting falls back to continue grinding. The qualified fine powder is sent to the storage bin by the pipeline and finally discharge from the outlet valve to be the finished product.
