Working Principle of Grinding Powder Machine
After the material is ground, the fan blows the wind into the main casing of the grinding powder machine to blow up the powder. It is sorted by an analyzer placed above the grinding chamber, and the coarse material falls into the grinding chamber for re-grinding. The fineness that meets the specification of the grinding powder machine will enter the cyclone collector with the airflow, and then it will be discharged through the power outlet. The airflow is returned to the fan by the return air pipe at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. The air path is circular and flows under negative pressure. The increased air volume of the circulating air path is discharged through the waste gas pipe between the fan and the main engine and then enters the small cyclone collector for purification treatment.
Installation of Grinding Powder Machine
1.Firstly, lift the base of the transmission device of the grinding powder machine into the pit and fill it with good control the height. Then use the level to correct the upper plane, and at the same time, install the transmission device on the surface, and fix it with bolts.
2. Ground installation of the main engine: rubber shock-proof pads should be placed at the contact between the lower plane of the base and the cement foundation and between the connection of the foundation bolts, and then use the frame level to correct the base plane.
3. The location and height of the grinding powder machine's pipeline device shall be installed according to the requirements, and cannot be changed or heightened arbitrarily. All pipe joints of the grinding powder machine shall be sealed, and there shall be no air leakage after fastening. he electrical equipment shall be accurate and reliable, and the commissioning shall be carried out after the installation of all components of the grinding powder machine.
