Preparation Before Installation of Raymond Mill Pulverizer
1.When the operation site of Raymond mill pulverizer is not installed, it should be properly kept. The exposed surface must be coated with anti-rust grease, and the sun and rain should be avoided to prevent the body from rusting and water entering. A maintenance system should be established.
2.The workshop and foundation shall have sufficient height and installation position according to the installation drawing of Raymond mill pulverizer. The foundation of Raymond mill pulverizer shall be made of high-grade cement and embedded with reinforcement before the foundation can be poured, and the conduit or cable trench shall be embedded.
3.It should be equipped with 2-3 tons of lifting tools for installation and maintenance of Raymond mill pulverizer.
4. If Raymond mill pulverizer has been used for more than 6 months from the factory, the central shaft system, transmission device, grinding roller device and analysis oil pool of the main engine shall be cleaned and inspected. After the cleaning and inspection, sufficient lubricating oil shall be added to all parts.
