Processing Materials: Powder grinding machine is used for processing the mineral materials with Mohr hardness below 8 and humidity less than 6% such as manganese ore, phosphate rock, river pebble, rare earth, marble, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, fluorite, ceramics, bauxite, etc.
Working Flow of Powder Grinding Machine
1.Crushing. The large pieces of mineral material enter the jaw crusher for primary crushing and then the bucket elevator will evenly send the stone materials with appropriate particle size to the storage bin.
2.Grinding. The materials in the storage bin are uniformly, quantitatively, and continuously sent to the grinding chamber of Raymond mill for grinding through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder.
3.Separation. The ground powder is blown to the separator of Raymond mill for separation under the action of the blower. After separation, the qualified fine powder is sent to the storage bin by the pipeline and the unqualified powder falls back and continues to be ground. Finally, the finished powder is output through the discharge valve.
4.Collection. After screening, the qualified finished material powder will be separated and collected in the dust collector along with the pipeline device and is uniformly packed with the powder loading tanker or sent to the finished product silo.
