Introduction of Powder Grinding Plant
Powder grinding plant is usually composed of jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, mill host, analyzer, auxiliary equipment, centralized electric control, fan and other equipment, which can process non-flammable and explosive mineral material powder with humidity less than 6%.
Performance of Powder Grinding Plant
The air pressure of the whole line for the powder grinding plant is negative. Firstly, the air blown by the blower enters the cyclone dust collector at the upper part of the storage bin along with the powder materials through the pipeline and then returns to the blower through the return air pipe. Secondly, the powder lock device is installed at the lower end of the powder collector to separate the positive pressure gas from the negative pressure gas of the powder collector, which greatly improves the output of the powder grinding plant. Thirdly, the residual air and dust at the bottom of the host are sent to the dust collector for filtration and purification through pipes, so as to protect the environment.
