Equipment Configuration of Stone Powder Production Line
Stone powder production line can be roughly divided into several important stages, such as crushing, grinding, and collecting. Among them, grinding is mainly used. It is mainly composed of Raymond Mill (host part), pipeline device, analyzer blower, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, silo, power distribution cabinet, and other equipment.
Technological Process of Stone Powder Production Line
1.Crushing: large ore materials are initially crushed to the required size by the jaw crusher, and then transported to the silo by bucket elevator from bottom to top.
2.Grinding: the crushed materials in the silo are evenly and quantitatively fed into the Raymond grinding mill by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder, and the fine powder after grinding is taken away by the grading airflow and then reasonably graded by the analyzer.
3. Collection: after grading, the product powder conforming to the fineness is separated and collected by the collector to obtain the finished fine powder, and then enters into the finished product silo through the pipeline device, and packed uniformly by the powder loading tanker.
