Fine powder grinding mill is a commonly used production process in the process of solid mineral processing. It is often used for the milling of barite, dolomite, iron ore, gypsum, barite, bauxite, and other materials. Process Flow of Fine Powder Grinding Mill

1.The stone material is crushed by a jaw crusher before the grinding operation. The main advantages of jaw crushers are large crushing ratio and simple structure, so as to ensure the uniformity of discharge particle size and make sufficient preparation for subsequent grinding. The large pieces of stone material are crushed to the required size by the jaw crusher and then be sent to the silo by elevator.

2.The material is sent to the grinding chamber of the main machine of fine powder grinding mill evenly through the vibrating feeder for grinding.

3.After being processed by Raymond mill, it becomes powder. The function of powder selection is to screen out the stone powder reasonably so that the reasonable material enters the next level, and the unqualified material will be processed twice.

4. After grinding, the stone powder is taken away by the airflow of the fan, and is graded by the analyzer. Then the stone powder that meets the fineness requirements enters the cyclone collector with the airflow for separation and collection, then discharges the powder pipe to be the finished powder product.
