Airflow Mode of Milling Production Line

The main source of airflow is the blower. After the stone powder is discharged under the action of the blower, the airflow is sucked into the blower by the return air pipe at the upper end of the cyclone collector.The whole air flow system of the milling production line is closed circulation and circulates in a state of positive and negative pressure. In the grinding process, because the moisture in the material evaporates and the gap between the pipes in the milling production line causes the entry of the external air, which increases the air volume of the circulating airflow. Therefore, the balance of the airflow is achieved by adjusting the residual air pipe between the fan and the main engine, and the excess air is introduced into the bag filter to collect the fine powder brought in by the residual air and discharge after purification.
