Processing Materials: Powder grinding production line is mainly used for grinding nonflammable and explosive materials with humidity below 6% and Mohs hardness below 8, such as feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, fluorite, rare earth, marble, ceramics, bauxite, etc, which is used in the milling process of mining, power, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, refractory, power plant desulfurization, and other industries.
Configuration of Powder Grinding Production Line
Powder grinding production line is usually composed of bucket elevator, silo, electromagnetic vibration feeder, jaw crusher, the main body of the mill, supporting fan, an analyzer (powder concentrator), dust removal, auxiliary equipment, centralized electric control, and other equipment. According to the different needs of users, the main machine of the grinding mill can be equipped with a Raymond mill, high-pressure roller mill, three-ring medium speed mill, and other equipment.
Process Introduction of Powder Grinding Production Line
After being crushed by the jaw crusher machine, the stone material is sent to the storage bin by bucket elevator and then evenly, quantitatively, and continuously sent to the main body of the grinding mill for grinding by the electromagnetic vibration feeder. The ground powder is blown to the separator for sorting under the action of the blower. The unqualified powder after separation falls back for continuing grinding. The qualified fine powder is sent to the storage bin by pipeline and then output to be the finished product through the discharge valve.
