1. Magnetic separation process

The magnetic separation mineral processing equipments is composed of jaw crusher, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, thickener, dryer, and other equipment, together with ore feeder, elevator, and belt conveyor, which can form a complete mineral processing production line. The production line has the advantages of highly effective energy, low energy, high processing capacity, and reasonable economy. The supporting equipment can be designed according to the actual situation of the customer.

2.Flotation process flow

The mineral flotation processing equipments is composed of jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, mixing drum, flotation machine, thickener and dryer, and other equipment, together with ore feeder, elevator and belt conveyor to form a complete mineral processing production line.

3. Gravity separation process

Mineral gravity separation processing equipments consists of a jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, spiral chute, shaking table, and other equipment. After being crushed by the crusher, the materials enter the ball mill for grinding, then graded by the classifier, and then pass through the spiral chute and shaking table for processing, and finally the concentrate is obtained.
