Production Process

The entire zinc-lead mineral production processing line uses a two-stage grinding process, which not only reduces the sludge of lead and zinc caused by lead-zinc over-grinding and the reduction of grinding efficiency but also increases the output to achieve the required grinding fineness. One magnetic separator is used for one stage. The second stage separation adopts a coarse separation magnetic separator and a selection magnetic separator to meet the requirements of the concentrate grade. After preliminary separation by magnetic separator, the lead-zinc particles are sent to the flotation machine. According to the different characteristics of lead and zinc, different drugs are added to make the particles leave. Then, the products must be preliminarily concentrated by the concentrator and then dried by the dryer to obtain the products.

Process Design Features

1.With the application of new equipment and new technology, the production capacity of crushing equipment is large, with overload and iron protection, lubrication cooling system, and automatic control system. Advanced multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is adopted for medium and fine crushing.

2.Set up a buffer ore bin before the fine crushing feed to ensure that the fine crushing is filled with the feed.

3.Zinc lead mineral production processing line adopts traditional and conventional processes, the process flow is simple, and the flotation process is relatively short.

4.The plant adopts a hillside stepped configuration, which makes full use of the terrain and saves investment and operating costs.
