Installation and Commissioning of Mineral Jig Machine
1. The mineral jig machine shall be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.
2. When installing, pay attention to the verticality between the main body and the horizontal.
3. After installation, check whether the bolts at all parts are loose and whether the main engine compartment door is fastened. If so, please fasten them.
4. Configure the power line and control switch according to the power of the mineral jig machine.
5. After the inspection, the no-load test run is carried out, and the production can be carried out if the test run is normal.
