Introduction of Mineral Jig Machine
Mineral jig machine refers to the equipment that realizes the jigging process. The materials are mainly sorted according to the density difference in the vertical lifting and variable speed medium flow. The difference in particle size and shape of materials has a certain impact on the beneficiation results. The medium used in jigging can be water or air. When water is used as the separation medium, it is called a hydraulic jig. When air is used as a separation medium, it is called a wind jig.
Installation and Commissioning of Mineral Jig Machine
1. The mineral jig machine shall be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.
2. When installing, pay attention to the verticality between the main body and the horizontal.
3. After installation, check whether the bolts at all parts are loose and whether the main engine compartment door is fastened. If so, please fasten them.
4. Configure the power line and control switch according to the power of the mineral jig machine.
5. After the inspection, the no-load test run is carried out, and the production can be carried out if the test run is normal.
