Working Principle of Jaw Plate Crusher

During the jaw crusher operation, the motor drives the belt and pulley to make the moving jaw moves up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes larger, which promotes the moving jaw plate to approach the fixed jaw plate and crush the stone material by extrusion, rubbing, and grinding between the two jaw plates.When the moving jaw goes down, the angle between the toggle plate and the moving jaw of the jaw plate crusher becomes smaller, the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and the spring, which makes the crushed materials are discharged freely through the discharge port at the lower part of the jaw cavity under the action of gravity. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw is periodically crushed and discharged to realize mass production.

Operation Precautions of Jaw Plate Crusher

1.By adjusting the position of the toggle plate, adjusting the gasket on the toggle plate, and loosening the bolt top wire to get the required discharge opening size with the adjustment range of the discharge opening is 5-30mm.

2.A feeding hopper is set on the upper part of the jaw crusher machine and a feeding adjustment baffle is set in the middle. The baffle can be adjusted to the side of the main crushing chamber and its function is to control the amount of feed in the two crushing chambers by the inclination angle of the plate.

3.The design of the stone jaw machine adopts the inlaid structure of single and double ears with movable jaw. Compared with the traditional jaw crusher, it is completely different in structure. The setting of the return spring is limited by its structure, so it can only be used in the way of pre-tension of the two movable jaws in the form of tension springs.

4. The overload protection design of the jaw crusher refers to the structure of the traditional negative supporting jaw crusher. The toggle plate base is integrated with the frame, and the toggle plate is hinged on the frame and the movable jaw to play the role of overload protection.
