Working Principle of Jaw Rock Crusher

During the working process of the jaw rock crusher, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission device. The moving cone rotates and swings under the force of the eccentric shaft sleeve, and the section of the moving cone close to the static cone becomes the crushing cavity. The material is crushed by multiple squeezing and impacts of the moving cone and static cone. When the moving cone leaves this section, the material that has been crushed to the required particle size there falls under its own gravity and is discharged from the bottom of the cone.

1.Hydraulic control and easy cavity cleaning. The jaw crusher is equipped with a hydraulic oil station to ensure that the machine lubrication system supplies oil for the machine parts that need to be lubricated, and provides protection for the safe operation of the machine. At the same time, if the crusher stops under load, the hydraulic cavity cleaning system can quickly clean the crushing cavity, which greatly reduces the downtime.

2.Wedge device and quick adjustment. The wedge discharge opening port adjustment system enables the machine to adjust the discharge port to the preset value in a few minutes even when the machine is idling. With the cooperation of the hydraulic system, the automation is realized, which is simpler, safer, and faster than the old gasket discharge port adjustment system.

3.The structure is V-shaped with a tooth-shaped guard plate. The design of "V" shaped crushing chamber and toothed guard plate is more reasonable, which ensures the consistency between the actual feeding size and the theoretical feeding size, effectively increases the crushing area, avoids material blockage in the crushing chamber, so that maximizes the crushing rate and output, and improves the utilization rate of jaw plate.

4.Stable structure and reliable performance. The bearing seat adopts an integral cast steel structure to avoid unnecessary burdens on the frame caused by the two-piece bearing cavity and improve the stability of the whole machine structure. In addition, the heavy-duty eccentric shaft is processed by forging blanks, which makes the jaw rock crusher extremely reliable.
