Introduction of Rock Jaw Crusher
Rock jaw crusher is a kind of crusher which widely used in the world. It has the advantages of a large crushing ratio, uniform product size, simple structure, and convenient maintenance. It can be divided into coarse crushing and fine crushing two types. The compressive strength of the crushed material is less than 320MPa. It often forms a complete set of sand and gravel production line together with a cone crusher, impact crusher, and sand making machine.
Working Principle of Rock Jaw Crusher
The material is fed into the crushing cavity containing jaw teeth from the top entrance. The jaw teeth push the stone material against the chamber wall with great force, breaking it into smaller stones. The eccentric shaft supports the movement of the jaw teeth and penetrates the body frame. Eccentric motion is usually produced by flywheels fixed at both ends of the shaft. Flywheels and eccentric support bearings often use spherical roller bearings which must withstand huge impact loads, abrasive sewage, and high temperatures. Although the working environment is extremely harsh, the rock jaw crusher still needs to work very reliably to ensure production efficiency.
