The Structure of Coarse Stone Jaw Crusher
The coarse stone jaw crusher is composed of frame, anchor bolt, foundation, moving jaw, toggle plate, toggle plate pad, adjustment seat, reserved hole, spring rod, adjustment pad, adjustment top wire, support seat, motor slide rail, motor, motor wheel, belt, bearing belt, counterweight block, belt pulley, guard plate, transmission shaft, counterweight wheel, and other components.
Working Principle of Coarse Stone Jaw Crusher
The motor drives the belt and pulley to make the movable jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, which pushes the movable jaw plate to approach the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the materials are crushed in multiple operation forms, such as extrusion, rubbing, and grinding.
