The main equipment of the sand production line includes a jaw crusher, fine crusher, VSI sand making machine, sand washing machine, vibrating feeder, conveyor, circular vibrating screen, centralized electric control, and other equipment.
Process flow of sand making production line:
The raw material sand and gravel enter the vibrating feeder from the silo, and then the vibrating feeder is sent to the jaw stone crusher for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed material enters the impact crusher machine or cone crusher through the conveyor for fine crushing and fine crushing. After the material is sent to the vibrating screen by the conveyor for screening, the material that does not meet the feed size of the sand making machine is returned to the impact crusher or the cone crusher continues to be crushed, and the material that meets the feed size is sent to the sand making machine for crushing and sand making. The stone material from the sand making machine enters the vibrating screen again for sieving, sieving out the sand that meets the requirements, and enters the sand washing machine for cleaning. After cleaning, the finished product is transported by the finished product conveyor belt to become the finished product; the sand and gravel mixture that does not meet the requirements, Sent to the sand making machine for crushing again.
