The working principle of the centrifugal separator concentrator machine:
The hollow shaft of the centrifugal gold separator can be driven by a belt through the motor drive part so that the rotating inner sleeve rotates at a high speed to generate centrifugal force. The slurry enters the rotating inner sleeve through the feed pipe, and the slurry particles are separated under the action of the centrifugal force field. Heavy minerals remain in the guide trough of the rotating inner sleeve, and light minerals are discharged through the tailings launder. After a series of operations, the concentrate is discharged through the concentrate discharge outlet.
Advantages of centrifugal concentrator equipment
a. Because the centrifugal concentrator machine uses centrifugal force, it strengthens the re-selection process and shortens the separation time, so its processing capacity is large, about 10 times that of the automatic chute.
b. Small footprint and a high degree of automation.
c. High enrichment ratio and high recovery rate. Disadvantages of centrifugal gold separator machine
a. Water and electricity consumption is larger than that of a flat chute;
b. The slope of the drum wall cannot be adjusted;
c. The production process is an intermittent operation and cannot be fed continuously.
Precautions for the centrifugal concentrator equipment:
(1) Cotton or test tube pads should be placed at the bottom of the centrifuge casing.
(2) If the electric centrifuge is noisy or the body vibrates, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the fault should be eliminated immediately.
(3) When starting the centrifuge, cover the top cover of the centrifuge before starting slowly.
(5) After the separation, turn off the centrifuge first. After the centrifuge stops rotating, you can open the centrifuge cover and take out the sample. Do not use external force to force it to stop.
(6) The centrifugal time is generally 1 to 2 minutes. During this period, the operator is not allowed to leave to do other things.
