Cause: The oil viscosity is too thick, and the threaded pump oil cannot be pumped up, causing the upper bearing to run out of oil; the analysis machine runs in the wrong direction.
Solution: Check whether the brand and viscosity of the oil meet the requirements; check the running direction of the analyzer.
6. The current of the main engine rises, the temperature of the machine rises, and the current of the fan drops.
Causes: excessive feeding, the air duct opening of the Raymond grinding mill machine is blocked by powder, the pipe exhaust is not smooth, the circulating airflow heats up the main current, the temperature of the machine rises, and the current of the fan decreases.
Solution: reduce the amount of feed material and remove the powder accumulated in the air duct; open the large excess air pipe valve, and control the temperature of the incoming material below 6°C.
