1. The ball mill equipment is noisy and has rules.

Solution: According to the direction of the sound, find the place where the bolt is loose, and fix the bolt again.
2. The V-belt slips and is difficult to start
Causes: The long-term use of the ball grinding mill machine causes the V-belt to become loose; the space in the cylinder of the ball mill is too large and the material is too small; the ratio of materials to water is not appropriate, and the amount of water is not enough.
Solution: Tighten the V-belt: adjust the number of ingredients, add ball stones; open the ball cover and add water.
3. The bearing temperature is overheated, the bush lining is melted or burned
Causes: lubricating oil is interrupted or the oil supply is too small; lubricating oil is polluted or unqualified in viscosity; dust or impurities enter the bearing; the oil groove is skewed or damaged, and the oil does not flow into the journal or bearing bush.
Solution: overhaul the lubrication system to increase the oil supply; Clean bearings and lubrication devices, replace lubricating oil; overhaul or replace the oil tank.
4. When the motor is running with load, the speed is lower than the rated value
Causes: the power supply voltage is too low; the wound rotor is short-circuited; the load is too large.
Solution: Use a voltmeter and a multimeter to check the power supply voltage at the input end of the motor; use a test lamp, a multimeter, etc. to check the short circuit to eliminate the fault; reduce the load and adjust the amount of feed.
5. The ball ore mill fails to start or the motor is overloaded when starting
Causes: Electrical system failure; obstacles in the rotating part; long-term parking, the material and grinding body in the ball grinding mill machinery body are not removed, and the wet materials from hard blocks, which increase the load of the motor.
Solution: Maintenance of electrical system; remove obstacles; unload part of the grinding body or wet materials from the ball stone grinding mill, and stir and loosen the remaining materials and grinding bodies.
