The 6-S shaker is one of the necessary machines for the extraction of placer gold in gold mines. It is suitable for rough separation, cleaning, and sweeping of coarse sand and fine sand. Recently, our customers reported that the 6-S shaker table will have some minor problems after long-term use, but they don’t know where the problem is. Here is a brief introduction to several commonly used inspection methods and solutions for the 6-S gold shaking table.
1. Check the big pulley
The 6-S ore shaking table is shut down for inspection. The operator turns the large pulley by hand. If there is a gap in the large pulley, it means that the large pulley is not installed securely. Large pulleys with gaps are prone to abnormal noises in actual production.
Solution: We need to find a piece of discarded hacksaw skin or a thinner iron skin, stuff it into the key of the big pulley (commonly known as the pin), tighten the fixing screw next to it, and then check whether the gap is eliminated.
2. Check the eccentric shaft
The 6-S gold ore vibrating table is shut down for inspection. The operator holds the large belt pulley with both hands and swings it back and forth. If there is any movement or mechanical gap, it means that the eccentric shaft is not fixed properly.
Solution: We need to tighten the two small screws on the oil seal cover of the transmission case.
3. Check the rocker
The High-efficiency 6-S gold shaking table is shut down for inspection. The operator first removes the two toggle plates next to it, first stabilizes the large pulley with one hand, and swings the rocking lever with the other hand. Under normal circumstances, the machine can only swing left and right, but cannot swing back and forth. If it is the opposite, it means that the rocker is not fixed.
Solution: We need to tighten the fixing screw on the rocking rod to fix the rocking rod to prevent accidents during the working process of the machine.
4. Check the spring
The gold mining 6-S shaking table is shut down for inspection. The operator checks whether the spring of the 6-S shaker is out of position. For example, the spring is skewed or eccentric.
Solution: Hit the spring with a hammer to reset the spring and improve the efficiency of the machine.
5. Check the bracket
The 6-S shaker machine is shut down for inspection. Use the thumb and middle finger of one hand to touch the two toggle plates (be sure to pay attention to safety when checking), and feel whether there is a gap.
Solution: Adjust the screw on the spring screw according to the actual clearance. If the screw is loose, you need to tighten the screw, if the screw is tight, you need to loosen the screw.
