1. The ball grinder mill exceeds the force
Operator errors or problems with the weighing and metering system of the weighing belt feeder will cause the excessive output of the wet ball mill equipment and cause the wet ball ore mill to discharge pebbles.
Solution: You can reduce the feeding amount or suspend feeding (to keep the ball mill equipment running normally), and the feeding can be resumed when the ball mill current reaches the normal value (note: the feeding amount cannot be greater than the design value).
2. Poor quality of the materials processed by the ball mill
When the material processed by the ball grinding mill contains impurities such as sediment, especially the sediment content, the concentration of the material in the ball mill will increase, the fluidity of the material will become poor, and the discharge of stones will occur in the discharge of the rolling bearing wet ball mill.
Solution: increase the amount of supply and reduce the amount of ore. When the material is quartz stone, the impact force of the ball mill can be increased by increasing the diameter of the steel ball to increase the weight of the steel ball. At the same time, reduce the amount of feed, reduce the output of the ball mill, and extend the residence time of the quartz stone in the ball mill to improve the wear resistance of the material
3. Wear the inner lining of the ball mill
After the inner lining of the wet ball mills equipment is worn to a certain extent, the volume of the mill will increase due to the decrease of the thickness of the inner lining, and the phenomenon of carrying stones at the discharge port will be more obvious.
Solution: Increase a load of steel balls to increase the output of the wet ball grinding mill machine, and avoid stones from the ball mill. The increase of steel balls is generally 5%-15%.
4. Improper adjustment of inlet material to water ratio
The wet-type ball mill is mainly driven by the inlet water. The inlet water is too large and the carrying capacity is strong, which will take away a large number of coarse particles, resulting in an increase in the cycle rate and a decrease in the efficiency of the mill.
Solution: When the wet ball mill grinder machine carries stones at the discharge port, the slurry concentration of the mill should be measured, and the inlet material-water ratio should be adjusted according to the concentration to be within a reasonable range. The reasonable material-water ratio is generally close to a value of 1:3.
5. Feeding particles are too large
When the feed size of the wet stone ball mill machine increases, the time for grinding the same fineness will increase, and the efficiency of the ball mill will decrease. When the feed size is doubled, the efficiency of the ball mill will be reduced by 20%.
Solution: Choose the appropriate feed size and feed amount according to the equipment's operating instructions, and do not blindly increase the feed amount, which will reduce the efficiency of the machine or damage it.
