1、Common faults and solutions of stone jaw crushers:

1. Fault: the flywheel of the jaw crusher machine rotates but the movable jaw stops swinging

Causes: the thrust plate is broken; the connecting rod is damaged; the spring is broken.

Solution: Replace the thrust plate; repair the connecting rod; replace the spring.

2. Fault: The tooth plate of the jaw crushing machine is loose, causing metal impact.

Cause: The fixing screw of the tooth plate is loose or the side wedge is loose. Solution: tighten or replace the screws or side wedge.

3. Fault: The bearing temperature is too high.

Causes: insufficient or contaminated grease; improper bearing clearance; bearing damage.

Solution: add new grease; adjust the tightness of the bearing; replace the bearing.

4. Fault: The product granularity becomes coarser.

Cause: The lower part of the tooth plate is significantly worn. Solution: Turn the tooth plate off the jaw crusher equipment or adjust the discharge port.

5. Fault: impact sound generated by thrust plate support pad

Cause: insufficient spring tension; worn or loose support pad

Solution: adjust the spring tension or replace the spring; tighten or repair the support seat.

6. Fault: The spring is broken.

Cause: The spring was not loosened when the discharge port was adjusted small.

Solution: First relax the spring at the discharge port when adjusting the hour, and tighten the tie rod nut appropriately after the adjustment.

2. Daily maintenance:

1. Turn off the jaw stone crushing machine regularly to check the internal wear of the machine, such as the wear level of the central feed pipe, cone cap, impeller upper and lower runner linings, circumferential guard plates, and wear blocks, and replace severely worn parts in time. Note: The weight, model, and size of the replacement parts should be replaced according to the original part parameters.

2. Regularly check the transmission belt of the jaw crusher stone machine. The conveyor belt of the jaw crusher is indispensable in the stone production line, and the driving of the machine is the contribution of the conveyor belt. Regularly adjust the tightness of the conveyor belt to ensure uniform force on the conveyor belt. When driven by dual motors, the triangular tapes on both sides should be grouped and matched to make the length of each group as consistent as possible. The severely worn transmission belt should be replaced in time.

3. Lubrication of mechanical parts. Jaw rock crusher adopts special grade car grease or 3 lithium base grease, adding the appropriate amount of grease every 400 hours of work; after 2000 hours of work, open the main shaft assembly to clean the bearings; generally, work 7200 hours to replace the new bearings.
