Various types of gold ores have different beneficiation methods due to their different properties. However, gravity separation, flotation, mercury mixing, cyanidation, and recent new technologies of carbon pulp adsorption and heap leaching are widely used for gold extraction. For most types of gold ores, the combined gold extraction process is often used.
1. Gold ore crushing
The raw ore is transported to the gold ore crushing production line by loading and transportation equipment. The raw ore fed to the jaw crusher will be crushed into small pieces of ore, and then crushed by the cone crusher to form small particles of about 0-10MM, completing the whole crushing process.
2. Gold ore grinding
In the crushing stage, the gold ore has been crushed into small particles of about 0-10 mm, which can meet the needs of conveying to the gold ore grinder--ball mill. Under the action of the silo and vibrating feeder, these small particles are evenly transported to the ball mill for grinding. Then the classifier, hydrocyclone, and other equipment are used for classification and screening until all gold ore fines meet the requirements of the next level of production operations.
3. Concentration, electrolysis, and purification of gold ore
The gold ore powder is purified by a thickener, mixed with the prepared chemical solvent, and sent to the CIL unit system. Through the function of the system device, some tailings are removed, the concentrate is sent to the electrolysis device for desorption, and then the finished gold can be obtained by smelting.
