Wears Reasons and Maintenance Methods for the Vulnerable Parts of Fine Crusher

The fine crusher is a kind of fine crushing equipment which is widely used in quarries. With the different crushing materials and the improvement of crushing requirements, more requirements are put forward for the design of the fine crusher machine. In fact, the main factor restricting the development of fine crusher is the wear of vulnerable parts. The following are several reasons for the wear of the vulnerable parts of the rock fine crusher:

1. The moisture content of the material fed to the superfine crusher is too large. If the material has a large moisture content, it is easy to adhere to the inside of the fine crusher machine and cause blocking during the conveying. In addition, large water content easily causes the internal parts of the fine crusher to rust. Then the internal parts of the fine crusher are easy to fracture once they are worn. Therefore, the materials with high humidity should be processed before crushing.

2. The stone added to the fine aggregate crusher is too hard to be crushed, which makes wear of vulnerable parts is relatively large in the process of crushing. And for the same fineness requirements, the greater the hardness of the materials, the slower the crushing speed. Therefore, the corresponding material accessories should be selected according to the properties of different materials, so as to reduce the wear of vulnerable parts and prolong the service life.

3. The amount of fine powder in the material will affect the crushing capacity. Because the fine powder will affect the conveying process, and if there are impurities in the material, it will also affect the crushing capacity of the supper fine crusher. Both of these conditions will prolong the crushing process and increase the wear of wearing parts.

4. The smaller the particle size of the finished product is required, the longer the crushing process time is, the more serious the high-efficiency fine crusher wear during production. On the contrary, the size of the finished product is large, the crushing process is relatively simple, and the wear in production is relatively light.

How to maintain the vulnerable parts of the fine crusher

1. Select the appropriate feeding equipment. For example, a vibrating feeder or a plate feeder is used for feeding to ensure the uniformity and stability of the feeding, and avoid the impact or invalid operation of the fine crusher due to uneven feeding.

2. The hammer head of high efficient fine crusher must be weighed when replaced that with a new one. The weight of the plate hammer at the symmetrical position must be basically the same,  otherwise, the abnormal vibration will be caused by the unbalance of the rotor during the operation of the fine crusher.

3. When the rock fine crusher is shut down, check the clearance between the plate hammer and the screen bar, between the plate hammer and the impact plate, and between the screen bar and the screen bar. If necessary, adjust it and replace the screen bar regularly.

4. According to the design model of the fine rock crusher, properly control the feed size of the material, and strictly prohibit the material that exceeds the design maximum limit size into the fine crusher.

5. Clear the accumulated materials in the fine aggregate crusher regularly. Once there is accumulated material, the plate hammer of the fine crusher will suffer from serious wear, thus reducing the service life.

6. In the process of daily use of the stone fine crusher, lubricating grease must be added to the bearing part regularly to avoid premature wear of the bearing and rotor and other key parts. If the bearing has been worn, it should be repaired and trimmed in time.
