Working Principle of Stone Crushing Hammer Mill

Stone crushing hammer mill is a kind of crushing machine which uses the high-speed impact of hammerhead to carry out medium and fine crushing of materials. The hammerhead is hinged on a high-speed rotating rotor, and a grate bar is arranged at the lower part of the body to control the discharging granularity. The materials fed into the crusher is first crushed by the impact of the high-speed moving hammer, and at the same time, it obtains kinetic energy, and then flies to the crushing plate on the inner wall of the casing at high speed and is crushed again. The material smaller than the grate gap is discharged out of the stone crushing hammer mill machine, and the material block larger than the grate gap is again impacted and ground by the hammer on the grate until it is discharged.

Maintenance of Stone Crushing Hammer Mill

1.After the stone crushing hammer mill runs for 60H, grease (No. 1 calcium sodium base grease) should be added to each bearing.

2. Regularly check whether the fasteners are firm and reliable.

3. Regularly check the wear condition of each worn part.

4. When replacing the ring hammer, first open the movable cover, take out the counterattack plate, remove the small covers on both sides of the upper case, then turn the flywheel by hand, align the hammer pins with the small holes on both sides of the upper case, and remove the pin from the hammer pin and replace the ring hammer.

5. The lubricating oil in the bearing should be changed every 3-6 months. The amount of oil added is about 2/3 of the bearing internal space.
