Different Discharge Adjustment
Many hammer crusher machines are not equipped with grate bars and the discharge of materials can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the hammerhead and the impact plate, which can reduce the material blockage rate.
The discharging particle size of jaw crushing plant can be adjusted by gasket, hydraulic or inclined iron adjusting device, among which gasket and hydraulic adjustment are common methods.
Different Structure and Wearing Parts

The jaw crusher is composed of a frame, transmission mechanism, adjusting device, tension device, safety device, and lubrication system. The jaw plate is the main vulnerable part of the stone jaw crusher.
The main advantage of hammer crusher is that the crushing of low hardness ore can be formed at one time. For the production line with an hourly output of less than 300 tons, single hammer crusher plant can replace the configuration of the jaw crusher and impact crusher.
Jaw crusher has the advantages: simple structure, convenient maintenance, high wear resistance, high-cost performance, which is suitable for ore with various hardness. However, due to the high content of needles in the discharge of stone jaw crusher, it is necessary to cooperate with impact crusher for shaping.
