Small hammer crusher has the characteristics of simple structure, large crushing ratio, high production efficiency, and uniform product particle size. It can be used for dry and wet crushing. It is suitable for crushing medium hardness and brittle materials in mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, building materials, highway, combustion, and chemical departments. The equipment can adjust the gap between the castor bars and change the discharge particle size according to the user's requirements, so as to meet the different needs of different users.

Preparation Before Production Operation

(1)Check whether there is a proper amount of lubricating oil in the bearing seat.

(2)Check whether there is proper clearance between the rotor and sieve plate, especially after replacing the new ring hammer.

(3)Check whether the nuts on the waistline pressing plate on both sides of the lower casing are firm and reliable.

(4)Check whether there are foreign matters in the crushing cavity and clean the crushing cavity.

(5)Manual turning for 2 ~ 3 turns to ensure no jamming.

No Load Test Run of Small Hammer Crusher

No load test run shall be conducted without feeding, and the following requirements must be met:

(1) During the commissioning of the electrical interlocking system, according to the start-up procedure, the gas starts and stops meet the design requirements of the electrical interlocking system.

(2) All fasteners shall be fastened without loosening.

(3) The flywheel runs smoothly.

(4) The temperature rise of bearing shall not exceed 30 ℃.

(5) The bearing lubrication is normal without oil leakage.
