Structure of Gold Centrifugal Concentrator
A Gold centrifugal concentrator is mainly composed of a separation mechanism and auxiliary mechanism.
(1)Sorting mechanism. The rotating drum of the centrifugal concentrator is its sorting structure. The rotating drum is in the shape of a hollow truncated cone, and the inner surface of the rotating drum has a slope of 3°~5°. The sorting mechanism can be made of cast steel, cast iron, or glass fiber reinforced plastic. The rotating drum is fixed on the shaft through the chassis and rotates with the shaft.
(2)Auxiliary institutions. There are many auxiliary mechanisms of gold centrifugal concentrators, which are mainly composed of several main parts such as ore feeding device, ore discharging device, washing device, and their action program control device. The main working parts of the horizontal centrifugal concentrator are a truncated cone-shaped rotating drum with a half cone angle of 3°~5°, which is fixed on a horizontal shaft by means of a chassis and is driven to rotate by a motor through a V-belt.
