Centrifugal gravity concentrator uses a centrifugal field to concentrate fine, free minerals that are not recoverable by using the traditional techniques of small-scale and artisanal miners. Beneficiation test shows that the recovery can be 99%, especially for recovering the natural lode ore gold, when 65% ground size is smaller than 0.074 mm, the recovery is expected up to 98%. For 0.004 mm size natural gold, the recovery is 97%.

The particle size of the feeding material is less than 5mm, the beneficiation process is as follows: feeding, screening, large particles entering the peristaltic chute, and fine particles entering the centrifuge for recycling. The new type of centrifugal gravity concentrator is an all-in-one machine, which can be moved and equipped with a centrifuge and gold separation chute. After being fed by construction machinery, the equipment automatically carries out screening and beneficiation recovery. In this way, coarse and fine grain gold, capillary gold, and flake gold can be recovered.
