Working Principle of Stone Crusher Machine

The stone falls directly into the high-speed rotating turntable from the upper part of the stone crusher machine and collides with another part of the flying rocks around the turntable in an umbrella-like manner to produce high-speed collision and high-density crushing. After hitting each other, the stones will form a vortex motion between the turntable and the casing, causing many times of mutual impact, friction, and crushing, and discharging directly from the bottom. It forms a closed circuit for multiple cycles, and achieve the required particle size by the screening equipment control.
