Daily maintenance of granite/basalt crushing processing line
1. Pay attention to the ammeter on the control cabinet when starting the main motor. After 30-40s of starting peak current, the current will drop to the normal working current value.
2. Pay attention that the current should not exceed the specified value for a long time, during normal operation.
3. After the jaw crusher operates normally, the feeder can be started. According to the size of the material block and the operation of the jaw crusher, the belt rotation of the feeder can be adjusted to change the feeding amount. Generally, the material accumulation height in the crushing cavity should be more than 2 / 3 of the crushing cavity height. The diameter of the material block should not exceed 50% - 60% of the width of the feeding port so that the production capacity of the jaw crusher is high. If the material block is larger, it will cause blockage and affect the normal production of the granite/basalt crushing processing line.
4. Strictly prevent metal objects (such as shovel teeth, track shoes, drill bits, etc.) from entering and damaging the granite/basalt crushing processing plant. When they pass through the jaw crusher, the next post operator should be informed immediately to take them out in time and prevent accidents caused by entering the secondary crushing system.
5. If the cause is unknown when the electrical equipment trips automatically, it is strictly forbidden to start the granite/basalt crushing processing line continuously by force.
