Processing Materials: Stone crusher plant is used in the crushing processing of pebbles, limestone, granite, basalt, river pebble, quartz stone, coal and other stones. It has the characteristics of reliable performance, reasonable design, convenient operation and high working efficiency.
Silo - vibrating feeder - coarse crusher - fine crusher - vibrating screen - finished stone, all equipment are connected by conveyor.
First of all, the stone in the silo is evenly sent to the coarse crusher by the feeder for preliminary crushing of the stone crusher plant. Then, the coarse material produced is transported by the belt conveyor to the fine crusher for further crushing. The fine crushed stone is screened into the vibrating screen to separate out the stones of different specifications. The stones that do not meet the size requirements are returned to the fine crusher for crushing again.
(1)Before the operation of the whole production line, it is necessary to obtain technical consultation and inspection for all equipment to ensure the normal operation of each machine. Also, ensure that the foundation of equipment is firm and reliable in the early stage of foundation construction.
(2)Start each equipment according to the normal start-up sequence of the equipment. After the current equipment runs normally and stably, the next equipment can be started, and pay attention to the operation status of the machine at all times. The normal start-up sequence of the stone crusher plant is the conveyor, crusher, and vibrating screen. After the production is completed, it is necessary to confirm that there is no residue in the equipment, and the shutdown sequence of the equipment is the opposite.
(3)The feeding of equipment is strictly required. It is not allowed to feed the materials larger than the feeding size of the equipment or the materials that can not be crushed into the crusher equipment, or the equipment will be seriously worn or the quality of sand and gravel couldn't meet the standard.
(4)In the process of stone crushing production, in case of abnormal sound and abnormal operation of equipment, the machine should be stopped in time. The production process can be continued only after the problems are found out and solved. When there is foreign matter in the equipment that cannot be crushed, the feeding should be stopped to avoid blocking. During normal operation, in order to improve production, the feeding speed should be uniform.
(5) The storage and lubrication of the equipment should be done after the production, and the equipment should be roughly inspected during operation.
